oxidative stress test

Test OVERVIEW

Being able to track wellness parameters is nothing new and finding out if you should be tracking these items starts with your first test.  Using a test you can track your wellness based on 9 parameters:  vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, salinity, oxidative stress, pH, hydration, ketones, and protein.  If your levels all come back normal, once every 3 months is all that's necessary, but if 1 or more is off you will need to start checking much more frequently.

WHY

Why would you do this test?  Being able test and track vitamin and mineral levels in the body is often overlooked by most athletes, but it shouldn't be.   Without these essential vitamins and minerals our bodies are unable to make the repairs necessary from the damages caused by excessive training.  Testing and tracking these levels should become a priority to every serious athlete.
